I have been working as a yoga teacher at Yogastudion Gotland from october 2008 until october 2009 when I moved to Malmö where I currently live. I first started practicing and teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga but now I practice and teach a form of hatha yoga called Sukhashanti Yoga. I changed my practice because I wanted to use asana; the physical yoga, in a more efficient way. I find that one of the most important thing when doing asana is to have consistency but yet to be gentle towards yourself. Listen in to what your body tells you and you can find a deep and still comfortable yoga practice. I approach yoga asanas as an intelligent healing method where we get a chance to learn more about our mind-body experience. Yoga is a wonderful tool that gives us the opportunity to strengthen ourselves from the inside and out; mind, body and soul alike. It is a way to reach self acceptance and contentment with both yourself and the surrounding world.
I have experience from teaching beginners to more advanced practitioners. I have taught classes at schools, hotels aswell as companies. Feel free to contact me for further information about classes.
